Formed in 2007, JL Magee and Legend Has It started a hip hop group under the guise "The Watchmen." It's really that simple. Out of love for the genre and a need to express themselves in a different way they started to perform locally in Minneapolis. Although dabbling in music from 2009-2010, 2011 was a reawakening.
